I am Brian C. Turner,the United States official FBI.Executive Assistant Director, Criminal, Cyber, Response, and Services Branch.We got a report from David Bowdich,he informed us that you have not claimed your fund yet. He claimed that you refused to come up with $1 needed for the transaction to be completed. However, we only heard from him, therefore we really want to hear from you as well to know exactly what transpired between you and Kennedy Uzoka, Tony Elumelu of UBA and why you did not claim the fund till now. We would like you to explain our humble understanding as soon as possible. As you can see, I’m already on this issue and will see to the successful end of it,we have not come for threatening or arresting anybody yet but to settle the case amicably.
