Re: Financial guarantee for the payment of $4,500,000

I am Mrs. Anne Senft I have been mandated by the director of Division
for Sustainable Development, Department of Economic and Social Affairs
(DESA), Mr. Juwang Zhu to verify your transaction and subsequently
release/transfer your overdue funds into your nominated bank account
through Instant Online Crediting if no irregularity is uncovered
during the process of verification. This development was necessitated
as a result of massive outcry and complaint from legitimate
beneficiaries on the issue of delay, hindrances and repeated problems
on payments which also includes attachment of difficult and
unfavorable conditions from agencies, authorities and financial
institutions within the region which in no small measures contributed
as an obstacle to beneficiaries in receiving their funds.

In order to proffer a lasting and sustainable solution to these
problems the Intergovernmental Committee of Experts on Sustainable
Development Financing (ICESDF) had to wedge into the matter by setting
up a panel to review and submit report on these sensitive issues in
order to remedy the situation. In line with the report of the panel,
all charges, fees and unnecessary payments which beneficiaries were
liable to for one reason or the other have been cancelled, In the two
decades since 1990, the world has halved extreme poverty, lifting 700
million out of extreme poverty, as part of the World Bank, United
States Agency for International Development and UN millennium goal of
2030. A total sum of US$4,500,000(Four Million, Five Hundred Thousand
US Dollars) has been earmarked as initial payment for every affected
beneficiary. Therefore, the only thing you need to do as a beneficiary
of the said funds is to procure an International Indemnity
Certification in accordance with the new directives.

We have been instructed to conclude the entire exercise on or before
May 3rd, 2018. Any beneficiary who fails to meet up within the
stipulated period would have his/her funds paid into the DSD treasury
as unclaimed fund. Finally, to help us commence with the process of
transfer in accordance with the new directives you will be required to
send us useful details as stated below for reconfirmation in order to
avoid wrong payment/transfer.

1. Full names
2. Address:
3. Telephone number:
4. Occupation:
5. Date of birth
6. I.D

I look forward to receiving the information stated above and send your
details to this email for an urgent attention (

Yours faithfully,
Mrs. Anne Senft
